Training – fell off the wagon
No point in bull shitting anyone. Since the Hadrians Wall my fitness plan was thrown on the back burner. Now i need to get back on it. Incidentally since stopping my training i have lost a stone……wierd.
Anyway the plan starts again on Monday from where i left off Week 3. Might as well go jogging today just to warm up the legs, 4 mile blast to Dalton.
