Back in training

I took a break from training as the Hadrians Wall took precident and my son started school last week. So i’m hitting the trails again tommorrow in search of that next level of fitness which was not too far away a couple of weeks ago.

I am working away a few days in London so I hope the hotel has a gym or i’m screwed…
